Please note that due to COVID-19, all items purchased after March 1, 2020 are considered final sale. 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding during this time. 
For all items purchased before March 1, 2020:
  •  Freend Kat offers a 14 calendar day return policy, which starts from the day the courier delivered your package to the destination address.  Please e-mail info@freendkat.com.
  • Our products are packaged in a box.  Inside the box, the product is sealed in its original bag.  For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on scarves where this bag has been opened.
  • We can only provide refunds to the original purchaser. If you've been gifted the item, and would like to return it, we can provide you with a Freend Kat online gift card for store credit. Email us at info@freendkat.com
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  A 20% restocking fee may also be charged at our discretion.
  • The shipping method used for the return must be trackable.  The buyer assumes the risks associated with the return shipment.
  • We cannot refund shipping fees, customs or duties fees.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders that have been shipped outside of the USA & Canada.
