Please note that due to COVID-19, all items purchased after March 1, 2020 are considered final sale. Thank you for your understanding.
For all items purchased before March 1, 2020:
- Freend Kat offers a 14 calendar day return policy, which starts from the day the courier delivered your package to the destination address. Please e-mail info@freendkat.com.
- Our products are packaged in a box. Inside the box, the product is sealed in its original bag. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on scarves where this bag has been opened.
- We can only provide refunds to the original purchaser. If you've been gifted the item, and would like to return it, we can provide you with a Freend Kat online gift card for store credit. Email us at info@freendkat.com.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. A 20% restocking fee may also be charged at our discretion.
- The shipping method used for the return must be trackable. The buyer assumes the risks associated with the return shipment.
- We cannot refund shipping fees, customs or duties fees.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders that have been shipped outside of the USA & Canada.
