What is TENCEL™ Lyocell and how is it beneficial for sensitive skin? TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are derived from controlled or certified wood sources and are made from a resource-saving, closed loop production process*.
TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are naturally soft and smooth to the touch and are unfavorable to bacterial growth . They support a natural dry feeling through moisture control and long lasting softness.

What currency am I charged in?
All prices are in US dollar (USD $), with the exception of orders with a Canadian shipping address. Orders with a Canadian shipping address will be charged in Canadian dollars (CAD $).

What is your return policy?
Due to COVID-19 and for the safety of our customers and team members, all items purchased after March 1, 2020 are considered final sale.

How do I take good care of my Freend Kat scarf?
Freend Kat scarves are machine washable using the gentle-cycle with cold water.
- Wash and dry with like colors. We recommend washing the scarf in a mesh laundry wash bag.
- Do not bleach.
- Tumble Dry on low heat and remove immediately after drying (saves you the trouble from ironing). Alternatively, another easy way is hang the scarf to dry.
- You can iron the scarf using the low heat setting,
