What is your return policy? We accept returns on Canadian orders within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the scarf remains sealed in its original inner bag. Orders shipped outside of Canada are final sale. See our full Returns Policy for details.
How do I take good care of my Freend Kat scarf?
Washing: Your scarf is machine washable! Use the gentle cycle with cold water and wash with like colors. For added protection, we recommend placing your scarf in a mesh laundry wash bag
Drying: Hang your scarf to dry.
Ironing: If needed, iron at a low heat setting.
Avoid Bleach: Do not bleach your scarf to preserve its colors and fabric integrity.
