Where are your scarves made?
Our scarves are made in local factories in Toronto, Canada with fabrics from China. The fabrics used to make our scarves have been tested for the use of harmful chemicals, both regulated and non-regulated. -
Can I buy your products at any physical retail stores?
Our scarves are only available online at www.freendkat.com.

What currency am I charged in?
All prices are in US dollar (USD $), with the exception of orders with a Canadian shipping address. Orders with a Canadian shipping address will be charged in Canadian dollars (CAD $). -

We currently ship to Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Belgium, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland and South Korea. If your country is not listed and you are considering to make a purchase, email us at info@freendkat.com.

Can I amend or cancel an order?
Yes, e-mail us as soon as possible at info@freendkat.com. Unfortunately, we cannot change an order once it has left our facility in Toronto.

What is your return policy?
Due to COVID-19 and for the safety of our customers and team members, all items purchased after March 1, 2020 are considered final sale.
- How do I take good care of my Freend Kat scarf?
- Washing: Your scarf is machine washable! Use the gentle cycle with cold water and wash with like colors. For added protection, we recommend placing your scarf in a mesh laundry wash bag
- Drying: Hang your scarf to dry.
- Ironing: If needed, iron at a low heat setting.
- Avoid Bleach: Do not bleach your scarf to preserve its colors and fabric integrity.
