Despite ongoing Canada Post disruptions, we are still shipping to all Canadian, U.S. and international locations.

While our orders' delivery times have yet to be impacted, Canadian & U.S. orders may experience potential delays due to the ongoing Canada Post disruptions.
Non-U.S. International orders are unaffected by the Canada Post disruptions as we do not use Canada Post for international orders.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Packages typically ship from Toronto within 1-3 business days from your order confirmation.
Shipping to listed countries in the check out is tracked by default. Most Canadian & USA orders typically arrive within 5 - 8 business days. Delays by the shipping carrier or customs are outside our control.
Shipping rates depend on weight and the number of items ordered. Rates will be determined according to weight and destination at the time of check out.

Orders shipped outside of Canada (ie. USA, UK) may be subject to import fees, customs, duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website.
Freend Kat has no control over these fees and can't estimate or confirm what these fees would be, since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Packages will be marked at full value in accordance with the law.
Packages shipped outside of USA and Canada may take up to 30 business days to arrive due to customs or service delays.
