- Our products are packaged in a box.Ā Inside the box, the product is sealed in its original bag.Ā For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns onĀ scarves where this bag has been opened.
- We can only provide refunds to the original purchaser. If you've been gifted the item, and would like to return it, we can provide you with a Freend Kat online gift card for store credit. Email us atĀ info@freendkat.com.Ā
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.Ā A 20% restocking fee may also be charged at our discretion.
- The shipping method used for the return must beĀ trackable.Ā The buyer assumes the risks associated with the return shipment.
- We cannot refund shipping fees, customs or duties fees.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders that have been shipped outside of the USA & Canada.
