For orders shipped within Canada, Freend Kat accepts returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please review the details below before submitting a return request. To request a return, please email care@freendkat.com.
Each scarf is packaged in a box and sealed in its original inner bag. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the original inner bag remains sealed and unopened. This helps us maintain the cleanliness and integrity of every product we send to our customers.
All returned products are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns must be shipped using a trackable service, and the buyer assumes responsibility for the return shipment.
Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
